Create Change Fellowship: The Laundromat Project offers a six-month series of workshops and programs for artists interested in developing or deepening their practice of making socially relevant, socially-engaged art. Our Fellowship program is a groundbreaking effective, affordable, intensive training for artists interested in learning how to do community-based, social practice work better and deeper.

Create Change Residency: This six-month residency program is geared towards artists interested in developing and mounting a socially-engaged, socially-relevant, and participatory public art project in their local laundromat and/or other community public spaces. The residency is open to artists of color living in or deeply invested in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Harlem, and Hunts Point/Longwood.  Residents should expect to spend as much time building relationships with their neighbors and local community organizations to realize their project as well as producing their projects.

The benefits of particpation include:
All those listed for Fellows, in addition to an Honorarium ($7,500) and a production budget ($2,500).
